From the sciences and arts, their pioneering achievements have been recognized and honored at the national and international levels, including the Nobel Prize.

This exhibition showcases a range of historical and contemporary examples of research and discovery, created in Oxford and extending globally – impacting the lives of millions of people around the world. Through objects, the exhibition tells the stories of the research itself, the people behind it, and those whose lives were changed by it.
